IC4A Track specializes in meet/race directing and timing of Track Meets, Cross Country Meets and Road Races. Tommy Stewart the founder of IC4A track had been officiating since 1991. A USATF Master Certified official, Stewart has worked the Boston Marathon, Falmouth Road Race and since 1990, he has been the Track/Cross Country West Sectional Meet Director for the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association (MIAA).
Additionally, he is the Meet Director of the Intercollegiate Association of Amateur Athletics of America (ICAAAA/IC4A). The ICAAAA outdoor track championship is 142 years old. It was founded in 1876 and Princeton University was the first team champion. Currently, the Indoor Championship is 97 years old and the Cross Championship (Held at Van Cortlandt Park, NYC) is 100 years old.
